Guided Breathwork

Journey for Fertility & Loss

Virtual | May 12 | 5:30–7:30 PM PST

The session offers a space to pause, slow down, and reconnect with the body, supporting the release of emotional and physical tension that may be held over time.

We’ll be using a conscious connected breath to gently access the body and subconscious, helping participants process and integrate what may not yet have had space to be fully felt, at their own pace.

The intention is to create a supportive space to step out of the mental load, reconnect with oneself, and leave feeling a little lighter. No prior experience is needed.

This event is led by Sowhere project. If finances are a barrier to attending BSN is funding a few spots for BC residents and you can complete our intake form here and let us know via email that you would like to participate in this event.

Rituals Surrounding Pregnancy Loss

Ceremony Workshop & Community Gathering

A Fundraiser for Butterfly Support Network

Saturday, June 6th 2026

10am – 1pm PST

Join Megan Sheldon of Be Ceremonial on Saturday, June 6th for Rituals Surrounding Pregnancy Loss, a 3-hour virtual workshop exploring how ritual and ceremony can support those navigating miscarriage, TFMR, stillbirth, and infant loss. You'll learn the essential ingredients of ritual design, discover ways to craft ceremonies for yourself or those you support, and connect with a community of care as we learn, share, and explore how ceremony can hold us through grief. This workshop is open to bereaved parents, partners, family members, and care providers. Partial proceeds will be donated to Butterfly Support Network.
