VOLUNTEER WITH US

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us! We are extremely grateful for all our amazing volunteers across all communities.

Peer mentors support someone through pregnancy loss or infertility. They have personally experienced pregnancy loss or infertility and are emotionally ready to offer compassionate, non-judgmental support to others going through a similar journey. Here is the process for becoming a Peer Mentor with Butterfly Support Network (BSN).

The Butterfly Run occurs yearly in October, and our volunteer registration opens in late May. Select the community you would like to volunteer in below.

Acknowledgement

“We acknowledge that we live, work, and seek to support grieving families on the traditional,

ancestral and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples –

Musqueam (xʷməθkʷəy̓əm), Stó:lō, Squamish (Sḵwx̱wú7mesh), and Tsleil-Waututh (Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh) Nations.

We also realize that you may be joining from many different places, and acknowledge the

traditional owners and caretakers of those lands. If you do not know who’s land you are on,

we encourage you to find out by going to: www.native-land.ca.
