For pregnancy and infant loss

This group is for parents and intended parents who are considering, pursuing, or have built their families through donor conception, including the use of donor eggs, sperm, or embryos. Donor conception can bring hope and excitement alongside grief, uncertainty, and questions that may evolve throughout the family-building and parenting journey. This counsellor-facilitated group will offer a supportive and non-judgmental space to connect with other parents and intended parents and explore some of the unique emotional experiences that can accompany donor conception. Topics may include grief and loss, genetics and identity, talking with children about their conception, and navigating feelings that may shift over time. Participants are welcome at any stage of their donor conception journey.
